Digital Products (eCourses, Trainings, and Downloadable Materials)
Due to the nature of digital products, all course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
When you enroll in a course, you receive immediate access to proprietary educational materials, videos, and downloadable resources. Because this content cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds except in limited circumstances outlined below.
Refunds may be considered if:
• A duplicate purchase was made in error
• There is a verified technical issue preventing access to the course that cannot be resolved by our support team
• A refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and less than 10% of the course content has been accessed
Refund requests submitted after these conditions are not eligible for refund.

Subscription Communities (Skool Membership or Recurring Programs)
Membership subscriptions provide access to a private community, resources, events, and ongoing educational content.
All memberships operate on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annual).
By purchasing a membership you agree to the following:
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
Because access to the community and materials begins immediately upon joining, we do not provide refunds for partial membership periods or unused time.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Once canceled:
• Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
• Immediate termination of access to all courses and communities
• Permanent restriction from future purchases
